Return Policy

Return Policy for 750ml Bottled Premium Water.

Effective Date: 23 October 2023.

At Bush Clan Water, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality premium bottled water. We understand that there may be situations in which you may need to return or exchange your purchase. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, we have established the following return policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

You may be eligible to return or exchange your premium bottled water product under the following conditions:

  • Any 5 empty bottles returned to Bush Clan Water will be substituted by 1 full free bottle of 750ml Uisge. Thus, for every 5 bottles returned 1 full free bottle will be supplied.
  • The product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. The product has been contaminated, thus requires replacing.
  • The product was purchased directly from any authorized retailer.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products with visible signs of damage.
  • Less than 5 bottles or denominators of 5 bottles at a time.
  1. Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Return the bottles to Bush Clan Water and receive the correct allocation of free units.
  • Contact us at 064 8898 245 to request a return authorization.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, which may include returning the product or providing additional information.
  1. Refund or Exchange:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed with one of the following options:

  • Refund: If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchange: In the case of a defective or damaged product, we may offer an exchange for the same product or a suitable replacement.
  1. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  1. Customer Responsibility:

Please ensure that you have taken the following steps before returning the product:

  • Securely package the product to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package or the name of the person expecting the product.
